FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) : Configuring the 8Bitdo Controller

All the buttons on the 8Bitdo (1-player or 2-player) would have been configure to work right off the box when you get your Pixel Play Portable. If it does not, here are some tips to get it working
If the controller does not connect?
Make sure you turn on the 8Bitdo Controller before you turn off the console as the console will "look" for the controller when it boots. Not turning on the controller will not "allow" the console to connect to it when it 1st boots up. When the 8Bitdo are connected, you will see a "solid" blue color.

If the controller still does not connect?
Before turning on the bluetooth, press "" and "" buttons. Then power on. As the 8Bitdo Controller has 4 modes, pressing the keys combi sets it to the arcade joypad mode. Now, power on the Pixel Play Portable, when the 8Bitdo are connected, you will see a "solid" blue color.
